Request for action for harassment caused due to booking for fake event

Incident Details:
I booked a ticket on Book my show for a “Fast Matchup” event which was supposed to be held on May 24th from 5:30 PM onwards.

The venue provided was that of a Public metro station in Bangalore- “Rajaji Nagar Metro”.

False advertising

I had booked tickets via bookmyshow for show called Sagar waali Qawwali at NSCI dome on 14 Jun 25 from 7.00pm. The tickets advertised Sagar waali qawwali and did not mention anywhere that the qawwali show will start at 10.00pm.

Extra Cost in form of donation by BookMyShow

I have booked tickets in BookMyShow on 10/29/2023 for the movie shown in tha attached screenshot. Everything looks fine untill I noticed that they have an extra Rs 4/- added as donation for 4 tickets,

The problem I found is that that 4rs is not a matter to keep it as a donation after paying extra amount in form of GST etc.. and who knows that they are really donating or using for good all the amount they are collecting from...

Charging of convenience fee

This app use to charge fees in the name of "internet handling charges" before and now they are charging "convenience fee" even for very less amount transacted. This fees are not approporate to charge as per multiple rbi and government regulations....

Money deducted, Ticket not received

I tried to book a movie ticket from BookMyShow and pay from Paytm.
Below is the transaction id from Paytm.

Order id : v75njhkmxldfp1_moband[protected]_1 ₹631

The amount is deducted and the transaction is a success from Paytm. But BookMyShow showed me transaction time out and the ticket was not booked.
Please help me to resolve this issue and help to get my money back in my Bank A/C....

Delay to provide ticket and delay in processing payment

I initiated a fund transfer via Gpay on 4th February 2023 for a show at 9:30 PM at Zeenath theatre, Aluva, Ernakulam. For a long time, it was shown to be processing. Since we had the show in an hour, we booked with an alternate account. We didn't, t receive any confirmation/mail/ticket for half an hour.

Regarding Voucher not able to avail

HI Team,

I was having a voucher which I have not availed due to some circumstances and over the voucher its clearly mentioned as it will be avail from purchase date to 12 month. BUt today when I have tried to avail that it shows Sorry! The balance in the Gift Voucher has been exhausted (#-4113)

Customer Service

I booked 6 tickets for a movie for the wrong date and time. I called the customer care, the customer service took around 40 mins to pick answer my query and till then the call was on queue. I waited for 40 minutes just to understand that my ticket will not be cancelled or modified to a different date. When I enquired about the wait time, she said it is because of some holiday and they were not able to answer the call. It's just [censored]!!...
