So, firstly I have booked 8 tickets of 1000 which is after adding convenience fees, becomes 8692. So this is fine, I had a offer of TATA Neu Rupay card ending 4220, which is of 1000 discount instantly. So now I have applied that offer. But I was charged of 8692 instead of 7682. What kind of scam is this? Now when I’m saying them they are saying you haven’t applied the offer. But I did applied the offer with my own hands and infront of my own hands. Please fix this and give me my 1000 ruppees of discount back. Booking ID- IPEG00QXN8B4HE

      I had initiated a fund transfer via Gpay on 4th February 2023 for a show at 9:30 PM at Zeenath theatre, Aluva, Ernakulam. For a long time it was shown to be processing. Since we had the show in an hour, we booked with an alternate account. We didn't, t receive any confirmation/mail/ticket for half an hour. Later after around 45 min, the amount was deducted from my account which I received as mail and which I overlooked as I was on my way to the show. I tried calling them as soon as i noticed. But, unfortunately they have no numbers to be contacted.
      Later, I sent them a mail pointing out the issue, but they deny any refund.

          The amount for the ticket, Rs 528.44 was deducted from my paytm account for the movie, BTS Yet to Come at PVR Saket, New Delhi but I have not received my ticket. Request you to please refund the money. The transaction was made on Feb 4 2023, 7:38pm.

            I wanted to book 2 ticket for 4th feb Avatar movie tickets at PVR Market City Kurla. I paid on google pay. But it was still showing waiting for payment on the site. Transaction id[protected]

              I paid 580.24 rupees to book PATHAAN movie...my money got deducted but still not getting confirmation about the tickets...it is showing that PAYMENT FAILED...but my money is debited...

              Please confirm about the tickets whether is it booked or not...should I try again to book or something else..

                Respected sir, I had booked my ticket but the booking shows that it have failed and they didn't received any payment but the money is debited from my account. I want my refund sir.
                My transaction ID is Rs 1164.30 debited from A/C XXXXXX4438 and credited to [protected]@axisbank UPI Ref:[protected].

                    19 January (Thursday) i downloaded the book my show app then i book Pathaan movie tickets in Wave cinema Noida and I choose 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and the seats are infront of big screen in Wave cinema i am not comfortable to watching the movie very close becase my eyes are so week if change the seats after that i feel comfortable only this is solution of this problem i am requesting you book my show plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz changed my seats plz do something for my biggest problem because i feel so[protected] bad today next time i cant do this problem so plz change my seats ..thank U...
                    It was not in my knowledge that these are front seats .

                          Hi this is with regards to the movie tickets which I had booked. The show was at 8.20 am today morning. Yesterday I received a call from pvr saying that my tickets were cancelled by then due to some technical glitches and I was told to not come today for the show. However, I haven’t received any mail communication from them still now for the same. When I checked the same with book my show executive they told me they don’t have any update regarding this. I don’t know what to do.
                          Please help me resolve this.

                                        I’ve purchased movie for rent named SHAKUNTALAM Sanskrit movie by Dushyant Sridhar on 29th December. But I’m unable to play the movie.
