Dear Sir / Mam,

I have urgent requirement for birth certificate so i have registered my details on online support for my birth certificate but still no one come for verification also no one responding on the support help line no[protected]. I have called many time but no any of employee response on the same. Also when my mother went to apply for the birth certificate, the broker who were present in Nagar Nigam have demanded the bribe.

Due to no any department employees ready to make it on time & not confirmed the actual amount.

Request you to look into this against the poor service of department. Many other consumers faces these kind of issue on daily bases.

Kindly tell the employees they are here to serve better & not to take bribe by any one.
