Nagar Nigam — Drain water on road due to drain blockage

I am a serving soldier in Indian Air Force and serving at Air Force Station Kharagpur. Drain in my locality is been blocked by people and water is on road, stating that they have built the drain long back which is made by CM Yogi Adityanath Ji Maharaj. Requesting you to Kindly do the needful sir
