Nagar Nigam Jaipur — drainage repair and blocked leading to risk of life

We are situated at 356, gayatri nagar a maharani farm durgapura, jaipur. We are facing a lot of problem due to drainage (Naali) blocked and filled with waste and mud avoiding water to flow ahead and as a result water is blocked at our premises being our premises at last corner of the colony, since we have kids school in the premises, it is coming in our classes and risking the life of kids and property as it leaking out from the foundation (नींव) and risking the proerty. It may lead to collaspe of building it not repair urgently.. Water drainage (Nali/नाली) is going ahead crossing the road and end up into the big nalli where in all water goes. Since few days back we complain about the nalli cover broken in the middle of the road to jda and they uplift the broken cover and found that water nalli is totally blocked with mud and waste. We ask them to clean but they say it will be done by nagar nigam and not jda. They change the broken cover. (Attached picture showing the blocked nalli when nalli cover was changed for your reference. Since our school is in the last corner of road and then nalli is blocked so the water is not able to flow, further water enters our school and classes. Hence risking the life of all kids and also risking the property. It may fall as water from nalli is entering the neev (Building foundation) and further has the risk of collapsing the building and may also lead to risking the life of all resident. Kindly look into this serious matter to avoid the critical situation as early as possible.
