I live in a hostel on Laxmi Marg, Talwandi, Kota, Rajasthan. Motor-horns are causing awfully loud noise from early morning to late night here. People can not sleep properly due to sudden noise of horns at midnight and can not work properly due to loud noises of all day long horns and silencers. This is going on nearly 1 to 2 months constantly and it is really unbearable now.
