Someone broke the slab that covered the drain beside our house. The uncovered drain is now a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Considering the spread of dengue and malaria in recent times, this situation is concerning and scary. We request you to take immediate action in this regard.

We are residing in Gyansarovar Coloney behind saint johns school, kunhadi, Kota. Garbage collection tipper not comes in our street. We have requested many times to collect garbage from my house but he denied every time and says that first i will collect garbage from village than I will come to you. But he did not come we all ate here working class and our suitable timing is before 9.30 am but he comes some times after 2.00 pm or some time he is not coming.
Please resolve my issue to make a Swachha Bharat.

We are residing in Silicon city, behind Hariyaali Resort, Boondi Road, Kota. Garbage collection tipper comes in our colony regularly but tipper not comes in our street. We have requested many times to collect garbage from my house but he denied every time and do not collect the garbage. Please resolve my issue to make a Swachha Bharat.

As per the instructions given under smart City projects in kota, the locality in vardhman enclave is suffering due to no proper system of treatment of domestic wastage. For to for wastage collection vehicle also not functioning in the locality.
Please give proper instructions and make sure the door to door wastage collection vehicle come regularly

Door to door garbage collection van did not came to our street since last 5 days..vehicle comes in backside street daily but not in our street KALA BADAL ROAD, R.K.PURAM, KOTA (NEAR DR VAYA LAB).
Please resolve this issue or make any other facility.

Street light is not working from the past 7 days Street light is not working even after complaining 10 times, it has not been fixed yet, no one has even raised the complaint number on the website of Kota Municipal Corporation.

I live in a hostel on Laxmi Marg, Talwandi, Kota, Rajasthan. Motor-horns are causing awfully loud noise from early morning to late night here. People can not sleep properly due to sudden noise of horns at midnight and can not work properly due to loud noises of all day long horns and silencers. This is going on nearly 1 to 2 months constantly and it is really unbearable now.

I shall be grateful for any efforts taken by your team to relieve us from this nuisance.

Dear Sir,
I am from Poonam colony near railway station. Here garbage collector workers not doing work properly. I mean they don't have any schedule for taking garbage. Sometimes they goes back to end of the street then turned their vehicle and come to door. Sometimes they just go or not return earlier as their time. They just make horn and even not to stop for a few seconds to come and put garbage into garbage collector vehicle. Sometimes they come regularly and sometimes they don't come even after 2-3 days. Due to this reason we are compelled to throw garbage here and there.
I request you to that kindly manage the work and work schedule, so that we both can do our properly without any issue. And help making place cleaner and healthier.

Owner of house no. 4-r-1 dadabari vistar, kota is dropping his toilets pipe in a very small rainy drainage which was made for open outlet of rainy water and also water from gurjar houses who are keeping cows and buffalo. The owner of house number 4-r-1, dadabari vistar, kota is arranging to keep undergound of toilets pipe from his small central door of house and closing by cement & gitti.

From last few days there is huge nuisance being created by the monkeys in basant vihar kota rajasthan near aklank public school. Monkeys are harming people, and creating problems. They are present whole nights at tje terrace, cutting down electric wires. People are scared of going even at the day time.

I am a resident of anand vihar society bundi road of ward no. 2. Drainage system was constructed by uit in this colony last year. Drainage system of this area are awe full all drains are full of dirty water and blocked by some people. There is no exit. On dated 18.04.2019 workers come to clean the drainage, but they not clean the drainage properly and they left garbage in front of some plots so dirty water is still not flowing to main nala. I have talked to workers to clean the drain but they not listen and not clean the drain in front of plot no. 35. Plz do something or call on [protected] to know more. Thank you...

I live in trivini awas bajrang nagar, there are many street dogs around my home, there are around 4-6 dogs. They always barks on people day and night, they are harmful for our society.
There are many old age people also live in our area it is harmful for them.
So please take a necessay step against these dogs.

Sir we have been suffering problems in our colonies due to free roaming animals. City is like a zoo now even on the main roads you can find animals in a very large nos. Their waste is all on the road one can see what's happening to our clean india mission.
@collectorkota i hv sent mail to nagar nigam kota rajasthan 3-4 times but it seems like they are not even reading it we aren't getting any response from their side we request u to plz sort out dis problem & find the right place for these animals as colonies are for us

We have very suffers because of garbage as door to door garbage schemme is initiayed by nigam but at our locality indira gandhi nagar near abhigyan school lane, vigyan nagar ward no 29 garbage collection vehicle did not collect garbage from home the vehicle came on main road and for 2 minutes only we had complaint about it to higher offficers and ward member also but no result. Please help us and resolve our problem asap

We have very suffers because of our side sweeper do not work properly and it goes almost one and half of month that they don't clean our side drain. many of dirty water stored in the drain and we also go to ward parshad for it but they are do not taking any action against it.
