Nagar Nigam — My house tax payment not reflect on portal

My payment is Rs 354/- on dated 26/04/2021 is deduct from my bank account but still not reflect on your nagar nigam house tax payment portal. This is to inform you that attached detail received from ICICI BANK shows that my house tax payment is done from my side so why not reflect in your online portal. Pls revert me asap.
