[Resolved]  Nagpur Municipal Corporation — Name change of my son in birth certificate

I have changed my son name in e gazette and also on aadhaar card, ration card and in school. He is in Std. 1. But when I visited the zone 8 of nagpur municipal corporation, the officer informed that there is no provision of complete change in nmc on birth certificate if there is any minor changes in spelling or change in middle name it will be done but not the complete name change. I wish to change his name in birth certificate, kindly help.
