Nagpur Municipal Corporation — online payment of water bill

The complaint is regarding online payment of water bill nagpur municipal corporation.

Bill for the period :01.08.2018 - 31.08.2018
Online payment was made on[protected] using internet banking (Icici bank). Total amount debited from my icici savings account : rs.432.90 (Rs. 427.00 bill amount+5.90 internet banking charges including tax). At the end of payment, while going back to ocw site, received the following error message:
"proxy error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request post /webdynpro/resources/sap.com/home~pyres/paymentresponse.

Reason: error reading from remote server

Apache/2.2.15 (Red hat) server at portal. Ocwindia.com port 443"

Please note that amount of rs. 432.90 has been debited from my savings account. Following is the entry in the account statement
"06-sep-18 bil/onl/[protected]/billdesk/nmcwwd-n dr. 432.90".

Nagpur municipal corporation may please confirm the payment of the water bill amount of rs.427.00 and e-mail the receipt to my address: [protected]@yahoo.com
