Nagpur Municipal Corporation — sndl and mseb is not doing good work

Sir beside my house a street light dp is there and still now its sparking i called mseb helpline number but they are not take any responsibility to take any action and suggest me call sndl then i called sndl bt that number is not active then again i return called mseb and tell him that sndl helpline number is not active then they said me i reg. Your complaint we will call back you bt they not take any action for this complaint. Please sir atleast you take action for this complaint. Thank you sir/ madam.
