Nagpur University — helpline no is not working/I want to change my name in mark card

Hi... I want to change my name in marks card.
Name :deepak singh
Name written :deepak kanwal singh
Kanwal singh is my fathers name.. As in my 10th and 12 th marks card deepak singh is written.
I am getting proble because of not matching of name.
So i want to change the name in my marks card.
I cant reach university because i am in delhi now. And the help line no is not working. So i want to know
What is the procedure of change of name in marks card.
Can i applyed it by post.
Please help.
