Nagpur University — Regarding final year marksheet.

My brother was BCCA final year student and had given examination in the year 2020. When the result was declared his result was in withheld list. After that I submitted all the required documents in university in February itself. Wen I went there to check aft about a month, they did not give me his result. There was covid pandemic so I cudnt enquire about it later on. Bt wen i went there today with my brother. they said they misplaced the documents and I again submitted them.. now they are saying that the documents aren't enough.. I have submitted the required documents. But the madam is not listening. My brother's 1st and 2nd year was in yearly pattern and the last year was semester pattern.
