Wrong product is delivered, unable to return the product as the website is no longer working, phone is switched off of the seller. I had ordered red wood silk saree with khadi blouse but i got wrong product on 26/01/2020. I want to file a complaint against nallur sarees.com. I had seen the advertisement in facebook and had ordered the saree. But the product i received is not same as the one which i ordered. I want to teach lesson for these type of # for cheating. I want to return the product and i want my paid money back.

I had a ordered two sarees from Nallur sarees; one a bottle green coloured and another a dark red coloured silk sarees. However what I received was a black coloured and maroon coloured sub standard synthetic material saree. I initiated a return request but haven't received an confirmation yet.
