Nallur Saree — incorrect delivery of saree and try to extract money through fraudulent way

I have ordered a saree from Nallur through Facebook. I have got the incorrect order from the seller. I tried to contact the Nallur sarees through telephone/ messanger/ email but all went vain. I found out another Nallur saree customer care number in Google. When I tried to contact the customer care executive he started asking my bank details and phone pe account. When I denied bank details he agreed to transfer in to my phone pe. He started creating another UPI ID by using my phone number and he himself started to reset my phone pe password. By sensing the worng and fraudulent motive I denied sharing my password detail and warned to raise a police compliant. I am requesting the concerned authorities to take appropriate legal against this fraudulent business. I am cautioning the potential buyers not to order any product from this website and not to share banking details.
