Wrong products delivery change products my and return Money...

I bought a suit worth 1200. The product got delivered and the size and quality was a problem so I checked refund policy and it said return n refund has to happen within seven days
I have been contacting them since the minute I received the product n they are not reverting to my multiple mails
What nonsense are the putting up I don't understand...

I ordered for a linen saree online through Nallur saree worth 1000/- and received wrong and cheap item. While i tried contacting them through email, there's no response. These site works fraud. They received the cash and provide no contact deatils or address either.

An order i placed on 23rd jan got delivered on jan 27 and all the 3 products ordered were wrong/different. I have been trying to reach them since then but no response so far. I had ordered a baby pink linen silk saree on this website on 24.01.2020 but received some different saree on 28.01.2020. This saree is not even of good quality and is not worth Rs.849
It is just some random cloth that is given by that company which is definitely not acceptable.
I demand to get my money back refunded for this worst service from this company....

I have ordered a redwood silk saree from nallursaree.com and it was delivered by ekart on 26.01.2020 and i paid rs 849 in cash. The saree which got delivered is nowhere similar to the one shown on the website. It is a very cheap quality saree. Now that i am trying to return the product the website is blocked, it is saying "the shop is unavailable". I want a refund of my money.

This is a fraud online saree shop (On facebook) where they show beautiful pictures of different sarees and offer discounts. When we buy, they send very cheap and wrong products. There is no way of returning the product as the website doesn't exist and the phone number provided is switched off. Hope the authorities will take action as i see there are lot of similar complaints on this company....

This saree company shows a different product online (Usually through facebook) and lures consumers in by giving reasonable offers and when the product is delivered, the product is totally different from the one showed for purchase. And when you try to reach out at their website they have no such website so cannot even return. The number provided is also fake and switched off....

They delivered the wrong product. I ordered a "banarasi lemon yellow butta saree with contrast blouse" worth rs 849. But the product delivered to me was completely different. Now they are not picking up their phone and not replying to my mails for a refund or exchange. The payment method was cod. The reality is I did not order the product I had saved it in the cart and the next day I had received a message stating that the product is confirmed and it is COD. I logged onto the account to cancel the product but there was no option to cancel. Therefore, I had to wait for the product to get delivered.
