I ordered a wooden shade satin silk saree with blouse piece through Facebook.The tracking ID of the shipment was working till it arrived.It was delivered today through ekart 27/01/2020 but to my surprise the saree is old, no blouse piece and of very inferior quality and is totally different from what was shown on FB.I made a payment of 849.00 INR. How do I take a refund?, please guide.
