I ordered a 'beetroot silk sari with khadi blouse' from this sponsored ad on facebook for nallur saree on 17/01/2020 (Order # 11111) worth ₹849 and received a very cheap quality cotton saree on 23/01/2020. The phone number for complaints of the company is switched off and also there is no reply from their email address. I want to return the received product and want my money to be refunded. This is absolutely unacceptable! Please help!
