Hi,

I received a product from Nallur Saree . The reality is I did not order the product I had saved it in the cart and the next day I had received a message stating that the product is confirmed and it is COD. I logged onto the account to cancel the product but there was no option to cancel. Therefore, I had to wait for the product to get delivered. The Ekart guy refused to take the product I had to pay the money and when checked the product it was of a cheap quality and nothing close to the image reference that was shown on the website.

There is no option on the website to return the product . On the website it is a beetroot colour saree Paid a price of Rs 849/- for this cheap saree the colour, the material, in fact, nothing matches the image and also without the blouse piece.

I logged onto the account to return the product but there is no option on that website.
