They delivered the wrong product. I ordered a "banarasi lemon yellow butta saree with contrast blouse" worth rs 849. But the product delivered to me was completely different. Now they are not picking up their phone and not replying to my mails for a refund or exchange. The payment method was cod. I cannot help but wonder if i would have done the payment through card, would they even deliver the product (And then ghost me).
