I had the worst experience with [Namastemedico website ]. I placed an order on [March 7, 2025] and made a payment of [Rs 3050 /-]. Shortly after, I was notified that my order was canceled due to the non-availability of the item. However, since then, I have received NO communication or response from their customer service, and most importantly, NO REFUND for my payment. I’m still waiting for any sort o[censored]pdate, response, or my money back. This site is clearly unreliable and unprofessional. I highly recommend avoiding it at all costs. I’m now forced to take further action to get my money back.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this scam!

Updated by Kartar Singh dahiya I ordered a product worth ₹3050 from this website, but after completing the payment, I have received no response. Despite several attempts to reach them through phone calls, emails, and messages, they have completely ignored all my efforts to contact them.
It seems like a fraudulent website, designed to take your money without delivering any products or providing any customer service. It's frustrating and disappointing that they are deliberately avoiding any communication.
I am now taking steps to report this scam and dispute the payment with my bank. I strongly recommend anyone considering buying from this site to avoid it at all costs.
Please be cautious and do your research before purchasing anything online, as I learned this lesson the hard way.
