Namaste Medico — The company has cancelled the product and has not refunded the amount

This is regarding order ID 104085.
I placed an order on December 9 for a product of Rs 1303.50, received an email on 13 December saying the order has been cancelled due to non availability and the amount has been refunded. I haven't received the amount till date and doubtful on getting it. The company is a fraud, I got to know about it at a later date that he has scammed a lot of customers since he has not returned their money till date.

I request to take this investigation on high priority as the owner should be behind bars for such fraudulent activity.

You have sent me Rs 3.5 against the order amount of Rs. 1303.5. Is this supposed to be funny? I will take this to the consumer court if I don't get the full amount refunded.

The complete amount of refund has been processed successfully & the UTR is 231748806065. Kindly check your account statement once again for last 4 months.
