Placed order for insulin on 16 th April for rupees 6455/- order number is 104959 but dint get refund till today 20th may it's been past one month I don't know what's causing them lots of delay on the day of order cancellation they assured me the refund of same amount with in 3 days. I am tried of calling their number daily which is either not reachable or not working now it's says incoming service is not available as number did not recharge. What a pathetic customer care service. Request the immediate refund of amount 6455/-
I think it may be a scam if not prompt contact should be available no reply to mails no chat response and contact number not reachable ppl pls order from authentic online service not namaste medico. Was this information helpful? |
