Namrata Gas Agency — Not delivered on time they charged extra for on time time delivery

I booked indane gas refill for today and I choose prefer time delivery and I paid extra money for that but they are not delivered and I call to the delivery guy his phone switched off and I call to the distributor they not lifting
I call to the customer care also they are not lifting
And I tweet to the customer care in twitter they said we are taking complaint we are process but they take more time but without gas how to cook sir, please resolve my issue
