Namrata Gas Agency Complaints & Reviews

Whenever a new gas cylinder was delivered, the gas agency used to issue gas slip or gas receipt. But for the past sometime the agency is not issuing gas receipt. When asked, the delivery boy said that the office of Namrata Gas Agency is issuing receipts to some customers and to others it is not issuing.

Why is it issuing receipt to some and not to others?...

I booked indane gas refill for today and I choose prefer time delivery and I paid extra money for that but they are not delivered and I call to the delivery guy his phone switched off and I call to the distributor they not lifting
I call to the customer care also they are not lifting
And I tweet to the customer care in twitter they said we are taking complaint we are process but they take more time but without gas how to cook...

Dear Sir Madam, With reference to the above subject that we are residence at Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telanagana area register a refill gas on 2nd Sep 2014 and the concern M/s Namrata Gas Agency, Kukatpally, Hyderabad (Indian Gas Distributor) people said that it will take 12 days to delivery. But now i checked in online and it is showing that it was delivered on 7th Sep 2014. But we didn't received the thing as of now. Request to verify...

Hi Namrata Gas agency (KUKATPALLY) is worst Gas agency. It is very hard to connect to their phone line.when we get connected to their phone line, We get Rash/Care less response from them and they disconnect the phone without any conclusion. we are trying to reach u on from past 10 days they did not lift my calls....
