[Resolved] Nandilath G Mart — installation of videocon ac split unit | |||
Sir, i purchased a vdeocon (Vsn33wv2mda) air conditioner on 01 april 2017 from nandilath attingal branch at thiruvananthapuram dist.in kerala. The branch had taken installation charges also when i bought this product. But the installation is not well & proper (Connection between unit and ac is not fully covered). When i had noticed this i contacted the branch, they told me that it will be solved in first service time. But first service time they did not do this and said that it could not be done by them because they are only for service of ac not in installation. I contacted the branch by mobile but they denied for resolving the problems and misbehave me and dropped my call. So requested to resolve my problems by proper installation. Nandilath pathanamthitta, after sales, when call for assistance, staff misbehaved and tone of voice changed too. Very disappointed.

When i call nandilath they told they will give jio device but still didn't give me then after few days they told they cant give me jio device then i called but they didint pick call
