I brought a Samsung TV from Nandilath G Mart karamana on June 2022 after 1 or 2 days of purchase the TV started showing display issues. The technician came a month later and told only panel replacement is possible which I couldn’t agree on.So I had to file a case against Nandilath and Samsung to get a settlement.They sell products with discount rate compared to others dealers si to attract customers.But we fall for that and pay the price.Be careful and if possible don’t purchase any products especially TV from Nandilath.

With a heavy heart, I should say nandilath g mart, kadapakkada, kollam branch delivered us a broken gas stove which had to be repaired within a week of purchase. First time, a technician came to repair, , second time, even after hundred's of calls, there has been no response . One advice never buy anything from nandilath g mart. Very bad review.

From Kollam pallimumku nadndilagh g mart showroom, I have purchased 5 Airconditioners 3 no of 1 tons and 2 number of 1.5 ton godrej brand around 150000, from that 2 acs has returned due to site constraints as per the godrej technician when he came for installation on the same day of purchase. already I have explained to the shop. Manager and sales executive and they has convinced and they have collected back 2 ac and 2 stabilizer from my home on the next day of the delivery.
But still they didn't give refund around Rs. 66000/-
And he's not responding the calls and
He's not giving till now, please arrange my refund amount very urgent.

Hi all,
We bought double door whirlpool referigerator from Nandileth G Mart Pathanamthitta Branch and having a compressor warranty for 10 Years.

Today i went to the same branch for the Duplicate Bill for the replacement of faulty product but straight away they have rejected my concern. I lost the bill and warranty card, at the time of 2018 floods . Please help here otherwise i need to pay a huge amount to replace the compressor.

I have bought a fridge from Nandilth G mart attingal on October 31st 2021. When it was switched on, very fowl smell of some chemical was coming out with some sound. We called Nandilath G mart, they didn't turn up first..whatever food items kept was not able to be consumed ..that much smell in all food items kept in fridge...again we contacted..one technician came and did something in the fridge..smell reduced but it's still there...again contacted.. have called more than 20 times..another technician came ..he said fridge needs to be cleaned up...needs to be taken back to their shop for 10 days ..actually we have sold our old fridge also...what will we do? Cheating ...nandilath g mart cheated as by providing damaged product . Dont they have a quality checking before selling? How will a customer identify the product especially a fridge we are going to buy is of good quality? We cannot switch it on in the shop and check isn't it?We are suffering..we lost our money and time buying a damaged product ..I asked for a new fridge...but nandilath G mart is telling it has only warranty and no guarantee...kindly help us...

I have recently purchased a washing machine WA70N4261SS, from one of your dealers named Nandilath G-Mart, kannur branch, bill no . KNR1 - [protected].
When i purchased the device, the staff didnt provide same day delivery and insisted further they will delivery in 2 days or so but i wanted by next day at most so they delivered by next day noon.
When i received the product via delivery, there was no seal, fully opened, and had a few scratched around it also, but when i called the store to enquire about the same there was no response and they were responding like it will be like that only, you just have to take it .
Im really surprised to get such pathetic service from a dealer which also a certified dealer of samsung,
Further there also was an issue regarding billing of a different product where when there was a free product, they also billed almost mrp for the free product and then charging us the item with no discount and all, .

The issue is like we were told a device was of value 4 k and a free gift was given, but in the bill what they are doing is creating a bill for the device around 3.8k and billing .2k for the free gift, which i didnt feel very neat because of this billing issue experienced, i strongly suspect their un willingness to provide a sealed product as a fraud ( further because i found a few teared labels in the washing machine )

When i m visiting a store which is mentioned as a samsung authorised dealer, i expect clear transparency in the sale and billing process and further I expect the product to be delivered in a sealed condition .
I tried contacting higher authorities for this cause but the response was always like we only deliver seal opened products and the customer have to be fine with that . Since the is no responsible response from the Nandilath G-Mart, Gopu Nadilath group, i m forced to post here .
Please think twice before purchasing from Nandilath G mart kannur .

We had brought samsung air conditioner from
NANDILATH G MART. They had offered for free installation but once the guy came, he demanded an amount of Rs.1940 just for installation.

Kindly stop cheating the cutomers. If you are charging for installation, tell directly don't put surprises like this.

I bought a Samsung 1 ton 4 star inverter A/C from The Thiruvalla Nandilath G mart showroom. I personally went there and enquired about the process of buying and installation of the unit. The salesman( Mr. Sudheesh) made the affirmation that a maximum of 2 days is required for the installation process. I bought the A/C on 3rd of March 2021 and I'm making this complaint on the 9th. Nobody has contacted me so far.

I have purchased a Voltas beko 7.8 semi automatic washing machine from your Kannur branch(Kerala). But i received a damaged product and its not working properly. i have contacted to the kannur branch to return my product .At that time they cut the phone call after that i have contacted several time but they are not ready to pick my number. This is to inform you that we bought a Samsung Side by Side Premium Refrigerator (RS58K6417SL) from Nandilath G Mart, Kesavadasapuram, Trivandrum.

First of all we would like to notify you that we received a display product (opened package) and not a sealed one. We were NOT informed about this treachery and when inquired about it they denied replacing the product with a new one, citing that it was their only piece. They forced us to take the product, citing that there would be no problem in the future.

Even within one year of purchase there was water leakage from under the fridge and the freezer compartment was not working (items kept inside the freezer were not becoming frozen). When we called Nandilath G Mart (the place from where we purchased the fridge), he told us to contact Samsung Service Centre. They denied to replace the product earlier and now they deny us service.

I purchased one Aquaguard water purifier from Nandilath G Mart (Edappally, opposite Lulu Mall) on 26th April, sunday. It was informed to me by a lady executive that the Technician will come on next day, Monday for the installation. It did not happen. Since, it is Pandemic I thought it may be the reason he could not reach for installation. The very next day, I called asked about the status of comig for installation. One of the Executives said, somebody will be coming today or tomorrow (i.e. Tuesday or Wednesday). Today is Thursday (30th April 2020), when I checked today morning, they are saying the concerned Executive will call me back. I am texting this message at night today- till now, I did not get a feedback from the Nandilath team, Edappally. It was a horrible experience when purchasing a home appliance product for the new house.

Yesterday i had went to kollam showroom their attitude was really bad. The had given my a estimate and challenged me to compare the price with other shops and when we came back they just increased the price. They have a very bad attitude towards the customer. We can feel that they are telling if you want it buy it else leave. They are treating the customers very badly.

Hi, recently i have purchased a whirlpool washing machine and got delivered with damaged one. Multiple times i have called thiruvalla branch for the replacement delivery status and always i was getting a rude behavior from those who ever picking the call on number [protected], last time i have requested them to provide the manager number and straight away they have denied. Till today (4th april 2019) i havent got any positive responce from them, none of the thiruvalla branch staff have the basic of customer service. I will never recommend you for any one further. One of the worst electronic shop i ever interacted.

11/08/2018 visited nadilath g mart thiruvalla, wanted to purchase a grinder, visited the branch with family, purchased a geemax grinder well conviced by the staff, i jist want to give that product today itself back to you becz it is damaged, but your contact numbers are so so easy to contactable.. I am trying several numbers from bill and website.. I best [censored] services.. I am so happy to give that product bake to you tomorrow itself.. I just want my money 2900/- rupess tomorrow itself.. I have purchased a refrigerator on 31st may 2018. Tge very next day its light not working. I registered a complaint for service and wait for two days. The service boy called and ask the exact address. I told him details. As he said i expect him on that day. But not. Again i called nandilath service reception lady and registered a complaint. Still there is nobody came for repair. Really disappointing response from your side. And i ll never suggest anybody to nandilath for consumer durable purchase

Sir, i purchased a vdeocon (Vsn33wv2mda) air conditioner on 01 april 2017 from nandilath attingal branch at thiruvananthapuram dist.in kerala. The branch had taken installation charges also when i bought this product. But the installation is not well & proper (Connection between unit and ac is not fully covered). When i had noticed this i contacted the branch, they told me that it will be solved in first service time. But first service time...

A few months back i had purchased a microwave oven (Samsung make) from nandilath g mart, kuruppam road, thrissur. I paid full money through credit card and they delivered the item on the same day and assured me that the demonstration will be given by the personnel from the company with in the next 48 hrs. When the personnel did not turn up even after 96 hrs (4 days), i contacted the dealer and the personnel came on the 5th day. While opening the package i noticed that the year of manufacturing of the product was shaded using some dark ink on the two places it was printed on the package. I got doubtful and when the item was taken out from the packet, i found that the year of manufacturing is may 2015. The product was manufactured 2 years before. I mentioned this to the personnel who came for demonstration. But he just told that this is normal for them as they purchase in bulk and there is nothing to worry.
On top of the microwave oven there was a dent which was noticed later. I have given complaints regarding these issues to the dealer as well as to m/s samsung with no useful results. The personnel who spoke to me from nandilath was very rude and uncivilized in his behavior.
Later, i found out from many of the customers that this particular dealer sells substandard and damaged products and they don, t have any sales ethics. Many of the tvs and other products purchased from them have failed just after warranty period. I warn all that if you purchase from this dealer you are not sure of any quality and they will cheat you. Beware.

After a few day i visit the shop for bill. They not give the bill. I visit again and again. They not give the bill. They said so many reasons. Never choose nandilath g mart. Worst customer service. They care for you until you buy the product after that u will have to suffer. Brought a whirlpool washing machine 3 days back and its still not installed. I contacted whirlpool service center they telling the purchase has not been registered with whirlpool till now by nandilath people. Once they get their money they makes us fools.

It's been several days since we realised the necessity for a new television in our home. We enquired about the brand new ones to our friends and relatives.. Later on we started visiting the reputed electronic super markets in our area. We visited several ones like the qrs, pitapallil in the town. After that we reached nandilath gmart, near the lic, opposite to nehru stadium, kottayam... There weren't any customer in the store.. So the sales men were resting and watching television. One of them came to us.. Then after 5-10 minutes we found the salesman to be very annoying. We tried to ask him about the prices, even which he refused because he was not sure o[censored]s buying from the same store.. Later on he was very much egoistic and spoke to us very rubbishly such that we stopped the enquiry and planned to leave the store.. We complained this to the receptionist there, and understood later on that the manager wasn't present there.. The salesman became so agressive and started yelling at us. We asked to stop and not make an iissue.. We were not interested to pick up a fight with any salesman who is not normal or have the habit o[censored]sing drugs. He then started pushing us which we resisted. He along with other salesman abused and attacked us and ruined one of our clothes.. This type of 'customer service ' can be never found in india. Either you stop your franchise or just seriously check his background before recruiting your salesmen. Wether he is a drug addict or have some mental issues.. We don't have time to waste being after a stupid salesman or stupid store.. Anyway police or the court will take the necessary steps which you people have to face and later on regret on your worst behavior.. We never had faced any issues in any of the stores in kottayam or other district.. This will surely bring down your false reputation and will have to really regret.

Though the customer service of Nandilath G Mart (Kottayam) is good; the delivery Team is not friendly with customer. After the payment is collected, the Delivery is done in a very irrational manner. My apartment is in the 4th Floor of the Building. When the payment is done by customer including the delivery charges; its understood that Merchant must supply the house hold appliances purchased to the Apartment and commission the product. I purchased 4 Nos AC & 420 Litre Fridge from Nandilath G Mart (Kottayam) and all these items were unloaded in the Ground Floor of the building by the shop delivery and left to customer to shift the item to the apartment. The risk of the moving is left to the customer responsibility. I feel that a voice must be raised to Nandilath G Mart (Kottayam) against this action by concerned authorities.

I had paid for 3 Panasonic split Airconditioners on 30th March 2016 under invoice no. EKMS 3589 at Nandilath G Mart, Edapally, Kochi. I was assured delivery within two days but only one AC was delivered and the other ACs are yet to be delivered nor installed. Even after repeated visits and phone calls, there is no response from the shop executives. Added to that all the executives avoid the calls. due to non delivery of the ACs we could not open our shop which was supposed to be opened on 14th April 2016 and we are incurring huge losses due to this delay. At the time of posting this matter, the issue is still not resolved.

We bought a samsung LCD Smart TV from Nandilath G Mart Karamana. Since the time of installation there was some grains. Samsung technician told us that its the problem with the cable connection. We have taken a Dish connection, still the grains is there. Nadhilatath asked us to contact Samsung for the issue samsung says they will repair it and give its Just 3 months old now.
