Nandilath G Mart Complaints & Reviews

I would like to share my experience with you all. I found some complaints against Nandilath G Mart, The Home Appliances dealer in Kerala. First of all i am not a representative to them. Am just sharing my experience only.

Last week i have visited their Thrissur shop at Kuruppam Road to service my SAMSUNG LCD TV which i had bought 1 yr back. The truth is the warranty period is just over by 1 month. And i was not sure that i will get service there. But it was amazing they were ready to service my product for free. And only i had to spend petrol charge only. Now i agree with them, that is they are really No.1 Home Appliances Dealer in Kerala both in Sales and Service.

I think the people those who post complaint here should check their approach, We dont need to be angry with them for any complaints with the products. Because electronic products are so fragile and it may be our problem o[censored]se that cause the damage. If you approach them gently they are very heplful to us.

And i got a chance to talk to the Nandilath G Mart Group Chairman MR. GOPU NANDILATH, a very nice personality. And his humbleness made him top of this industry. I came to know that they have got ISO certification for quality and i got the image from google, i have attached with this blog. And MR. GOPU NANDILATH was honored with the business achievement award from the honorable Chief Minister of Kerala, Shri OOMMEN CHANDI.

And from my experience i recommend only Nandilath G Mart in Kerala. coz they have a wide network retail shops from kasargod to trivandrum.
You will get a better service if you make some changes in your attitude. The service engineers and the employees at Nandilath G Mart are also human beings and they attend thousands of cases a day since they are the largest electronic appliances dealer in Kerala.

Hi guys ... this complaint is not about Nandilath G mart , but the auto drivers in front of the store .. in fact the shopping at the store was fine .. though did not avail much discount or gifts the attitude of the guys over there were great ... so forgave them for not providing the discounts :)

But there is a saying that nowadays you need to fear the elephant more than the elephant himself .. that was exactly my experience, getting out of the store , i hired an auto and the driver confirmed that it would cost 30 to the nearest restaurant . But when we reached the restaurant the guy wants 20 more , it not about money here but about the way he asked for it , rude , arrogant and as the conversation continued he even became foul mouthed .. (the could have earned more by the time he argued with me ). he didnt even seem to notice that there we women in the group .. long story short .. he got money but lost the respect , not only for himself but also for the city ..

I really think that all taxis and private mass transport systems should be bought under a more strictly accountable framework .. these guys can practically can set the tone for the day for their customers and unfortunately its not usually a pleasant situation.. what do guys think ??.. have you guys gone through any such experience ?.. or is always unfortunately me whop gets that the wrong eong end ...lol..

I purachased a fridge (Whirlpool genius 180 ltrs) from Nadilath-G-Mart, Toll Jn, Edappally, Cochin. I planned to buy the same from there only due to one reason- the Fifa World Cup 2010 offer. As per the advt by them in newspaper(Ref Mathrubhumi Daily dated June 11, 2010 pg no. 15), on purchase of a refridgerator (180ltr) a free reebok watch worth Rs.2599 is available. I seeked the sam in showroom they told me that the offer was upto 13th June. But in the advt it is clearly mentioned that the offer is valid from kickoff to the finals of the world cup. I contacted the manager of the showroom and he told me that the offer was only on the first day. From the showroom i got 2 differnt replies (one from the staff and the other from the manager). We had travelled 30 kms to reach the showroom, and only because of this reason we purchased. Please do the needful.
