[Resolved] Nandilath Gmart — installation not completed | |||||
We have bought a Voltas 1 T AC on[protected]. The product was delivered on[protected], The installation was supposed to be done the next day, but till date, nobody has been arranged by the dealer for installation. In addition, we were charged an excess of Rs 1000 for the product. While buying the product, we were communicated that the bill details would come as an sms to the registered phone number, but we din't receive the same. So the billing details were available only on product delivery. The reason for the discrepancy in the amount paid and the bill is unclear. The invoice number is EKM37237. Bill date is[protected]. We request help in getting the product installed, also we would request on the clarity billing discrepancy. There are multiple phone numbers mentioned in their website and the bill, none of them are reachable. The line is either busy or nobody picks up the call. Was this information helpful? | |||||
