I made an order and waited for weeks but it was not delivered. When I contacted them it took several tries on mail, phone, facebook and whatsapp before they answered. They said the order had been cancelled and I would get a refund within two days.
After several days I contacted them again, and I had to call several times. Again they promised a refund within two days but I got nothing.
I am soon fling a police report as it has been two months (!) since I placed the order. They haven't given me anything and they have non-existent service. Was this information helpful? |
