Naptol — exchange of small size with double xl

I have ordered for a belt on 3.3.20 code number 7928.. I received it on 4.3.20.. But it was small.. So i placed a complaint for the exchange of size on the same day.. N my complaint number is 42698742.. I was told that i would receive a call from the customer care to confirm for the exchange with in 24 hrs.. I didn't get any so i followed up for the same... Surprised with the rude n mannerless customer care executive (Ladies) i called up twice n raised my query abt the complaint... But they had abruptly had disconnected my call.. After some time i received a message from u that my belt would be picked up.. But you haven't mentioned abt the exchange of the double size.. So what i feel is whether to handover the small size or would i keep it to self after a bad n pathetic experience with the customer care executive..

I think all first and new users have this issue, I too faced same problem, they are not providing refund, and executives are hanging call as if we asking for their money.. it's our hard earned money, and they say they can exchange the product or voucher worth the product with 6 months validity will be given, however once bought then the bad quality product of Naptol will be on our head and customer care people will treat us like their servants.

Be away from advertisement from Naptol. Do not buy anything from Naptol if you don't want ti waste your money for god sake
