I had brought an car compresser from naptol which happens to be defective. So I requested a replacement for that but instead of giving us replacement, this company sent us another order charging us same amount for twice.
Now when we are requesting a return and refund for the mistake they have done, they are providing us one more product along with charging us more money.
Plus the services are so bad, they are treating us like we are nothing, they hang up the phone every time we ask questions infact they have blocked us and the only answer they have for us is that we have to buy another product.
Now this is really not what we expected, can you please contact the company and simply provide me a refund for that extra money instead of putting me in a loop which I can't escape.
This may sound harsh but this is what I am going through right now.
I want refund for both of the products, you can take back both they are still here but I want my refund.
