Narendra Modi — Unprofessional and lethargic behaviour of bank staff

Mr prime minister
The indian government is promoting the citizens to open the bank account and start using digital platform to make payments. But unfortunately, though the number of account holders are increasing, the behaviour of the staff is getting rude, indifferent and lethargic.
I went today to get a cheque book from indian overseas bank rajindra place branch, but the mental torcher they gave us today is hard to express. There were only 5 menbers entertaining the whole lot of people. And even if there were more, it would hardly made any difference. The branch manager was not seen any time. We were there for 2 hours and no one was interested even to listeb to us. Other people were also there who were going because no one was there to help. Resulting to their behaviour, we closed our account. I want to ask you that why are you encouraging more and more people to open the account when you are not capable enough to provide capable staff. This is the situation with every public bank be it be pnb, central bank, sbi and many more

I got a chance to visit Varanasi... It was a very bad experience when it comes about the conveyance and the very disturbing roads of Varanasi... Plss do something about the roads and the cleanliness of Varanasi .. It is a great city...
