I have nasaka water purifier under AMC.now it is not doing fine. When complained their guy came but could not resolve the issue. He just did some cleaning and said that now we can use the water. When we drank it we found the water not up to the mark as it used to be. I asked the guy to change the required parts to which the guy refused and said that if we complain like this no AMC and its further renewal will be provided. We did not signed the satisfaction form and the guy left saying that do whatever you can do, now no service will be provided.
It was on 14 oct. after that I mailed them again and again but every time I was told to resolve the issue in 24 hrs and no one came. I have to purchase water from outside. Till date they have not provided any solution. Also they have stopped responding to my complains/mails.
Please help.

replacing our product
we owned new nasaka 11 stage minijet+ plus and it is installed on march 2014 the tank have been cracked about 8 to 10 inches we want our product to be replaced please make it as soon as possible
