Nasaka Water Purifier Complaints & Reviews

My Nasaka Stage 9 Minijet is not working for the past 10 days.
Regarding NK253299, the responsible gave 3 missed calls and there was not answer upon call back. This case was closed saying the customer did not respond.

NK254508 was again raised on 31st which has not been addressed yet. Poor customer service always talking about 48 hours ETA everytime I call up.

Please help....

I have nasaka water purifier under AMC.now it is not doing fine. When complained their guy came but could not resolve the issue. He just did some cleaning and said that now we can use the water. When we drank it we found the water not up to the mark as it used to be. I asked the guy to change the required parts to which the guy refused and said that if we complain like this no AMC and its further renewal will be provided. We did not signed...
