[Resolved] Nasaka Water Purifier — Deficiency of service | |||||
Hi , I brought a Nasaka Water Purifier in Last June from Autheorized dealer in Bhubaneswar , From last October no service has been done , Now their dealer has stopped selling Nasaka Products . I called to customer care on 4th June to lodge complaint for Product service . Now this complaint is closed without any body visit the site . Mail to Nasaka " [protected]@esselnasaka.com, [protected]@esselnasaka.com " are bouncing .Neither they are sharing contact person details at bhubaneswar with whom i can speak Nor giving confidential assurance to look in to the issue . Nasaka Water Purifier — Sale of defective Nasaka Stage 9 Minijet RO
Nasaka installed stage9 Minijet RO in Dec, 2012 at my residence .It is not giving proper service and time again it is defective.The dealer is not attending and says he in dispute with company and he will not attend come what may.Nasaka company is not responding.
