Formal complaint on Saras India Pvt ltd., (IT Software Company)
It also has branch in USA with name Saras America Inc., and a sister company in USA named WebZion.
Services to these two USA companies are done from Saras India P Ltd., (it looks like those 2 companies are giving contact to Saras India)
Whenever a new employee joins this company (Saras India P Ltd., ) collects educational documents from them with an excuse that they are verifying the documents but in fact
they with hold the documents first and force the employee's to sign a 1 year bond now it is turned to 2 years and if the bond is broken employee have to pay 1, 00, 000rs by force.
And if someone gets a better job and tries to leave the company by giving notice period for 2 months, the last 2 months salary is with held and the relieving letter is also with held.
If someone leaves without proper notice period then they won’t get educational certificates which they took by force until employee's pay 1, 00, 000rs.
This is how company is getting profited even though it doesn’t have any projects with them.
This company is also not paying any taxes, actual amount varies as half or more than half of the salary is paid as incentives so that they can avoid taxes.
Saras India Pvt Ltd., is a fraud company attracting people and by force taking money from them.
They also mentaly torture the employee's forcing them to resign to job and pay 1, 00, 000rs.
Many employees paid money in order to get certificates back; there are still some who didn’t get certificates from this company.
Saras India Pvt Ltd., CEO Chuck Yerneni and HR Sravan Kosana playing this game for a long time by filling their pockets with employee's money.
It is time to shutdown these kind of companies once and forever.
I wish govt or Nasscom takes care of this kind of fraud and shut the company.
This can be verified by employee's of Saras India Pvt Ltd., or talk to Ex-Employee's who suffered.
