Hello,
Mera naam someshwar hai. maine Naswiz companimain 5000/- Rs bhare hain holiday package ke liye 19/02/2017 is date par. par muze ye package nahi chahiye. to maine Mahendra sir(Chinchwad, pune) ko application deya hai 21/02/2017 ko aur unone kaha ki 21 dinmai paise miljyenge. lekin muze mere paise nahi mile hai.

lekin wo kah rahi aur kuch din ruko apke pasi mil jayenge. par muje unpar bharosa nahi raha hain.

I thought Naswiz is totaly fake company.

logopar paise bharne ke liya pressure dala jata hai.

paise 5 minute mai lete hain par wapas karneke liye bhut time pass karte hai.

Main baki logonse kahna chata hu ki Naswiz company main paise mat bharo.

On confirmation call of naswiz holiday, they ask me to join this company. so on call i was say no clearly. Then i asked about that, how i get my money return. They say on call that, my money will get me return in 28 day But next day they send me message that your package was confirm and you are joining to the naswiz properly and they deceive me. many times i complaint but never any reply get me. So please help me as early as possible. I want my money back.

I purchased a voucher of naswiz holidays in march 2016, and the voucher was valid for 1 year, it is still valid while i am raising this complaint.
According to their terms and conditions, i sent the voucher with my invoice quite before my expiration of the offer.
I paid inr 7950/-
The bill number is 31813
I was offered 4 nights 5 days package for a holiday, so i sent my details for my trip to goa on 17th february 2017, (Which is 1 month before the expiration of my offer)
When i asked for the revert, they said in month of march (When i preferred to travel) they cannot give me the holiday package due to holi holidays and they cannot just send me at that time, i dont know why.
Then i asked to shift the date as per the convenience of naswiz holiday, but the said now we cant do anything, and there is no fun calling again and again, they even said that we cannot help you.
If they cant give me the holiday pack, then they can refund my amount or partial amount at least.
But they are very adamant about this, and are now talking very rudely when i call them.
So please look into this matter and make sure strict action shall be taken against them.

Naswiz is always asking for 10000 to join the team. So I had submitted 4000 to a Naswiz executive in Noida location and I didn't paid the full amount. After 2-3 months i asked to executive to refund my money coz i was not able to pay full amount to him. He committed to refund the money asap. But now from 6 months he is not responding, i had complained to Naswiz email id also [protected]@naswiz.com & [protected]@naswiz.com but no-one replying over the...

Dear Team,
they were joined as a member with fake information receiving initial amount Rs 2000 on 29th Jan'2017. after that i am not interested that sceme so i want return the amount, but they said that you have to pay rest amount (Approx Rs11000) instead o[censored]sing any facility.
my simple concern is that i am not interest so cancel the Registration and return Rs2000 amount.

Actually these people advertise in newspapers regarding in newspapers. I had also called & visited to their office. They explained me everything & forced me to join it but I also was thinking that it may be a fraud company they will cheat us & not give us service. So I said them that I will study about this company & let u know. But after studying about this I knew that it is a Fraud Company.

I paid the the whole amount of 9770 rs. for buyin package. but few day's later i thought to cancel this package. then i decided to cancel may package. then one day i receive a confirmation call of naswiz holiday package, i clearly say in this call that, i am disagree and i dont want to purchase this package. then the lady on call tell me that your money recives in 30 days.
but two days later i got sms of naswiz holiday. in this sms they send me "your package is confirm successfully etc." then i am going to wonder and talk to my seniors the say they are not responsible for that and you directly contact to company. i said ok. and today the bluedart's boys come with the invoice of NHPL in my address. then i am second time wonder. i didnt accept that package. then this packge goes return on 2/1/2017. my id is "kk88102".
i only want to tell that, i cancel my package i want my refund. so please help me as early aspossible.

I have booked elite package from Naswiz and paid Rs10063.00 for ID KK92249.
During the process of induction, it was told that booking process will be offline and after filling the details of two options it can be sent only by courier or speed post and scanned copy of booking request will not be accepted.
The refund process is complicated. In other companies refund is being processed automatically to the payment gateway from where they get the payment.
In this company, i have been told for submission the various details with scanned copy of cheque.
After sending all the details i was not received any confirmative mail of receipt the details after many mail exchange i got the standard reply of one month time and I'm not getting the specific reply on my emails
I will not suggest anyone gets trapped into this company where they even don't have staff and time to respond to the customer's emails
I have asked for send the refund policy of the company and request is still pending
From the reference and i was told that it will take hardly one week

The bigest fraud person in the company is the kanchan and gitanjali from pune .They take the money from the people at the starting by saying that u can open the account only at Rs 500 and then tell the really story after 10 dayzz .If we are not interested in the process then they say that u have to make application for returning of money and it will be back after 45 dayz . after that they dont received the calls and their office people are totally different from that was apear in 45 dayz before .
Please dont trust on such fraud people in the world and god will not bless them any more ...

Guys never be in trap of Naswiz...puri tarah se fraud and jhuth bolne walo ki barat hai ye company. Paisa kaise lutna hai aur aapka kaise nikalna hai bas sara focus isme hota hai and bas bher chal wali baat hai. Inke seminar me agar koi ghatiya baat bhi koi bol de to sab ke sab aise uchhalte hain jaise pata nahi kya bol diya ho.

Chalo ab aate hain inke main business pe...ye aapse paise lenge aur aapko package denge...sunne me kitna achha laga lekin ab inke ehsaan dekho jo inhone aap pe kiya hai ye inka ehsaan hai ki they are simply blocking only 6 month of yours to chhose any package and also they will decide everything for you...Friends 9700 rupees nahi 900 rupees me bhi mat lena ye package kyonki ye aapko best offer denge...like below:

- You cant go to a hill station in summer
- You have to go to any hill station in winter only
- You can not go for a vacation when you have long weekend

Yaar ek baat batao kaun garmi me garm and sardiyo me thandhi jagah jata hai aur kaun aisa hai jo apne long weekend mena jake weekdays me jata hai?

Ab inke vision me fraud dekho...they are saying we should join Naswiz because this will give us the freedom...kaun si freedom bhaiya... yahi ki jab chaho tab ghumne bhi na ja sako...balki wo bhi kam se kam 20 din pahle plan karo...wah vision called freedom and action make you feel there is no freedom at all.

Ab inka dusra sabse bara fraud dekho...they are saying this platform is to earn money and hume financial freedom milegi...aur target karo usko jiski earning achhi ho...what a hypocrisy...paisa jisko sabse jyada chahiye usko jorna nahi hai aur jiske pas hai usko target karna hai...kyu...socho kyu...because ultimately bewkoof banana hai na ki paisa kamana hai...agar itna hi full proof system hai to unko target karke banao na paise wala unko bhi...desh ka bhala hoga...lekin yahan desh ka nahi apna bhala karna hai...so koi MLM nahi hai koi networking nahi hai aur koi package sell nahi hai.

So guys be very clear its a totally waste of money if you purchase. Baki aap sab apni marji ke malik ho. Maine to bas aapko ek dhoke se bachne ke liye apna view share kiya hai.

Naswiz promises to book rooms in atleast deluxe category. But they have booked room where only 4rooms are operational and 20 under construction. From no angle or from any legal aspect can be categorized deluxe. Forget about 2star 3star. Its not even budget hotel. A hotel with less than 50% construction cannot be put into any category.
I am also planning to file a legal notice for this act. A request don't get trapped. I was given this by my friend vishal agarwal and manas raul and mukti raul. Please dont get trapped. All people from naswiz trap you by showing you big dreams which is actually far far far from reality. They all are a big cheat. Please dont get trapped.

They call people saying they will offer jobs, in between they slowly lure you to take their holiday package worth 9800.the package is not worth taking, as it does not provide you at required time or place.they even refuse to book the hotel on the name of your spouse if you are not in position to go.complete rip of money.

firstly they should not attract people on false promise of jobs.
they are not giving job, they are making you to take there worthless product with false marketing.

I am writing this complaint against a travel company called Naswiz holidays pvt ltd.

Here is the complete experience faced recently in my trip along with my family.

My check in date 10/09/2016

My check out date 14/09/2016 (Location - Khajjiar and Hotel Name - Royal Residency)

1.Hotel Booking Observation :- hotel booking request was submitted for 4 days from my side but they had booked wrongly 2 nights which was not verified by them before dispatching to customer and it during my final review found wrong duration booked at their end .I reported the same and after lot of struggle and spending 12 hrs the wrong booking got rectified .

2.Hotel Observation:-
I HAVE CHECKED IN ON 10TH SEP 2016 AND SURPRISED TO SEE THE SERVICES AND FACILITIES PROVIDED BY NASWIZ APPROVED HOTEL, THEN IMMEDIATELY HAD DISCUSSED WITH NASWIZ EMERGENCY CONTACT NUMBER FOR UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION AND ARRANGEMENT IN BETTER HOTEL HOWEVER NOBODY HAS TURNED UP AND FINALLY I HAVE CHECKED OUT ON 12TH SEP 2016 ALONG WITH MY TWO KIDS (4 yrs & 2 yrs)

a.Approved hotel provided by Naswiz was very poor category which is not expected from Three star Hotel

Below are the minimum facilities should be available in THREE star hotel which were not there .

#. Bathroom and room were not hygenic
#. Power Backup
#. Internet Facilities
#.Kids play station
#. Emergency medical Facility

Above facilities must be there in THREE star Hotels which was committed by NASWIZ during the package booking.

b.Let me highlight one of the worst case where One of the Guest who were staying next to my room On 11th Sep 2016 Night and the gentleman suddenly had chest pain at night and there was no basic health care / transportation services available and after 10 hrs the gentle man was reached at CHAMBA hospital (distance -25 km from Hotel) hospital and the doctor declared that the person was no more, This is clearly indicate that the lack of basic facilities provided by NASWIZ .

As per my experience dont get traped in Naswiz Holidays, They are top fraud company.

We booked for a primary plan, for which we are charged rs. 7836 amount which entitled us for a stay in a 3 star hotel with a delux category room. On august 2nd 2016 we chek in the hotel city lite dalhousie (Hotel provide by naswiz holidays in our conformation letter). It was a 4 night stay but we chek out on 4th august 2016 because we felt cheated & all are expectations went down.
The hotel was not even 1 star with just 13 rooms like a high class lodge. The room was not at all comfortable. All the amemities & facilities were missing.
Kindly go through the following disappointments :-
1. Firstly the roads connected to the hotel were not made properly & were in really bad condition.
2. The room were in the basement, with water tanks adjasant to the room making it filthy.
3. The bathrooms were stained & very small.
4. The hotel room was available for just rs1200 on oyo website.
5. Mosqitoes in the room.

At last i would also like to mention that staff of the hotel (City lite) was very good & tried to make our stay comfortable with there limited resources by changing our room but we still felt cheated & uncomfortable with naswiz ‘ s blunder mistake.

Kindly look into the matter & provide me justified revert as why i lost so much money in your company & for the whole trip.

The company selling product good for travelling. I keep interest in travels, hence i purchased this one. Up to this ok.
But don't come in business of this company. It is purely fraud. I m saying this because they people sell their product having having no interest to travel or purchase for any further reason. But these people traps such a young guys and shows unreal short dreams. Guys like me comes to cities having some dreams and hangs in such a foolish peoples trap.

But young my young friends, dont come in such easy money business and also aware of your friends...
Especially dont come in contact of naswiz pune team.
They are waiting to trap you. They cut your pockets, consumes valuable time and what you get is — stress, tension, loss of money, your parents troubles, and all these...
My hearty request is aware of these fraud easy business...

I am writing this complaint against a travel company called naswiz holidays pvt ltd.

Here is a story for you all.
My friend Sagar pawar told me naswiz plan and ask to join me. I study and then I call him and purchase a 9770/- package and give him the said amount at 28.4.2016. Then 29.4.2016 I have msg from Mr Ajit Unhale to congratulate and give me the I’D No KK54746 and also user name they give me. I see my login is created but on 2nd may 2016 naswiz holiday group leader savita gaikwad says to Mr Unhale and Mr Sagar Bidkar not to enter me in this business cause of her cross to me. SO the Team leader Mr sagar bidkar and Mr Ajit Unhala cut my Id from this and told me not to enter in this naswiz family. Mr Ajit Unhale is the person who hear that lady’s personal reason and cut me from naswiz and give other person which is my I’D This is fraud and shameless company who hear only savita gaikwad and nothing so.

I had taken a elite package from naswiz hoidays pvt. ltd. I had heard about this company from my family friend. After that, Ihat I have heard so many wrong remarks and comments about this company.. I dont want to take this package. So Kindly refund our money. My user name is puja1984. KIndly resolve my problem. Otherwise I will file a case against this.

Hi This is fraud company and people who associated with this company are trying to trap me. They called me in a mall with other half dozen guys and showed life changing dreams that you would have a luxury car and big house after joining naswiz. I got their trick and refuse to join them after that day their executives are forcing me to take membership of this fraud company. I want to know how to file a complaint against these fraud guys and naswiz.

My voucher for hotel booking cancelled because I was requesting them to accommodate date of booking. As per them 7 days gap required between dates but due to Diwali holiday I don't have date which can be booked. I spent 7000 Rs which has been of no use.
