Naswiz Retails Pvt Ltd — refund my amount

I have three i'd in naswiz retails pvt ltd. Each i'd is of having cost 11, 760 rs, means my total amount is 35, 280. Many times call to customer care to get my amount refunded, but i don't get proper response from customer care. I was calling first time before completing 30 days, but i don't get any proper information or proper way to get my amount back. At any cost i want my amount back otherwise i will go to consumer court.
