Naswiz Retails Pvt Ltd Complaints & Reviews

I have three i'd in naswiz retails pvt ltd. Each i'd is of having cost 11, 760 rs, means my total amount is 35, 280. Many times call to customer care to get my amount refunded, but i don't get proper response from customer care. I was calling first time before completing 30 days, but i don't get any proper information or proper way to get my amount back. At any cost i want my amount back otherwise i will go to consumer court....

I purchased a package from naswiz in may 2017,
I used my first voucher for munnar.
Hotel given by company was 28 km far away from munnar. We rented a car for self drive, otherwise it would be very difficult for us.
Hotel was good, but our room was not upto the standard as they told us 3* deluxe rooms. Rooms equilant to 1000/- per night.
Not a good deal
Many many conditions...
