Refund the course fee paid twice

I, Dr. Annu Yadav DNB Trainee of June 2018 batch, have paid my annual fee of Rs.70, 000/- for final year to Artemis hospital, Gurugram, Haryana before January 2021. But there was a notice issued from NBE side on 15th january, 2021 for hike of fee and direct fee payment to NBE. On 2nd August 2021, mail received from NBE in which NBE asked for fee payment with very short dealine and if payment not done in time then it may lead to my DNB candidature...

For the better transperancy and better trust worthy relation with examination body.. they should provide answer keys after avery exam.. and there should be very little delay(of 1-2 days) in announcing obtained marks and all india rank simultaneously of all candidates.. I can't understand that even after it's being online and software based examination why they take much time in result announcement?.. and answer key always should be provided to candidates as they have paid for the examination(it's their right) and they should know where they have missed the answer and which were the correct answer..even the toughest o[censored]PSC exam also provides answer key then don't know why NBEMS is not providing ans.. currently we have to trust blindly to NBEMS, we can't even know our mistakes and directly provided by blind marks and after that all india rank and that even after much delay of approximately 1 month(25-35 days)

      I passed theory exam of DNB Neurology in June 21 and failed in practical part. Before my result was declared I applied for DNB December 21 session and my application was successfully registered in NBEMS. I am eligible for the 2nd attempt practical examination in Dec 21. But I have not received any admit card or communication about it. I have already sent communication to NBEMS about it but they only reply me to see the information bulletin of the examination. After that I sent my message to the grievance redress forum of NBEMS but they are not responding.

        I applied for DNB June.
        User ID[protected]
        Application No - [protected]

        I Paid the fees online.
        Internet banking REF:- IGALRELZL5 (Attachment 1)
        Transaction Date: 04.08.2021

        Money got deducted from my bank account. But it didn't get updated in the online application.

        I contacted my bank and they informed me that the transaction was successfully processed from their end and any refund is to be done from the merchant side. (Attachment 2)

        Later I called the NBE helpdesk and informed the same. They told that the amount will be refunded in a few days. They also advised me to pay again for processing the application. I did the payment again and finalized the application.

        Since then, for the past 8 months, I have been contacting NBE multiple times and they are not even responding now.

        Kindly take necessary action for refunding the amount at the earliest.

                    I am HARINI TAMILSELVAN applied for June 2022 FMGE on April 2, 2022 and after multiple attempts of transaction, I was finally able to transact the amount via NetBanking.the amount got debited from my account and I also sent the proof of payment to sbiepay and the helpline desk of nbe.But since April 4, 2022 is the last date for application submission, nd I have completed the application submission and payment, but still my payment status is not updated.When enquired sbiepay they said the transaction was success at their end but it will take 2 days or more for updating payment status.Now if at all the payment status gets updated after deadline will my application still be accepted.

                                  While applying for neet pg 2022 i tried paying the first time. The transaction failed but the amount of rs. 4250 got debited from my account. so i paid the fee one more time successfully. i contacted my bank regarding this and was told that the transaction was successfull from their side and the refund has to be done from nbe side. I have already raised a query regarding double debit of neet pg exam fees 2 times bearing ref. Nos.[protected] and[protected]. It was raised on 15th of february and 9th of march.. its been almost a month and the amount of rs. 4250 has still not been refunded to my account... please look into this matter and refund it as we are in dire need of it...
