[Resolved] National Board Of Examination — failed transaction 2 times in neet application form while money is deducted by account | |
Sir/madam, My neet candidate reg id is 40168646. On 13 feb 2018 i registered for neet 2018. I completed step 1 of registration, step 2 of filling details and step 3 of payment. I paid the fee online through bank of india atm card. I got confirmation message which read as'rs 1400 has been debited to you account xxxxx7 from pos-cbseothcard on 13/02/2018. My online bank also confirom the fee payment money deducted by account but neet website show payment has not done. Again i tried payment on 23 feb 2018, but same problem has been occured. Payment deducted by aacount but still not successful the payment. I lost 2800 repees but payment has not done. I called on your toll free number numerous times but it is either busy oris not picked up. Sir i am sending mobile message image as attachment for the needful. Sir, it is requested to kindly refer to my issue urgently so that i can proceed further step and submit application form before last date. I shall ever be thankful to you for this kind act.
