Sir /madam I am naveen my sister used my sbi debit card for neet pg 2018 online application, at the payment time money is deducted 2times with transaction i'd (Txn#ju[protected], txn#ju[protected] at nbe pos) but application is not registered. I had applied for neet pg.during first payment i shown that transaction cancelled then i tried again.My account was debited 3750 twice.and did not get the refund.
