National Board Of Examination — neet-pg payment issue | |||
Dear sir, I have registered for the neet-pg exam and have completed steps 1 and 2 as can be seen in the website in my account. As i moved on to step 3 and initiated the payment step using my syndicate bank debit card via online transaction, i received a message from my bank saying the money, (Amount rs 3750) has been deducted on 08/11/2017; but my nbe account still doesn't confirm the payment. Hence i am unable to proceed further to the subsequent steps. I have sent a couple mails, and tried calling the helpline numerous times but it is always switched off. I urge you to kindly consider this matter o[censored]tmost importance and do the needful as soon as possible as it is getting closer to the deadline and i have yet to choose a center Was this information helpful? | |||
