We are to inform you that we are waiting at sAsaram toll plaza for our turn to take ticket in Innova with vehicle no Ap 26 AL1111.infront o[censored]s a lorry was also waiting. The lorry reversed damaging the front portion of the vehicle.during discussion the toll plaza staff colluded wit the lorry driver.they first let the lorry go and not allowed us to go for over five minutes.this helped the lorry to escape. I saw injustice in the toll plaza staff as they allowed lorry in the no service gate.we therefore request you to take action in this regard.our tkt no[protected].
