I want to file a complaint regarding an excess toll amount deducted from my FASTag account at KMP Toll Plaza, Nuh.

I was traveling on the KMP Expressway from Palwal Toll Plaza to Nuh Toll Plaza. As per the applicable toll rates, the toll charge for this route should be ₹60; however, an amount of ₹225 was erroneously deducted from my FASTag account.

I would like to file a complaint regarding an excess toll amount deducted from my FASTag account at KMP Toll Plaza, Manesar-7B.

Early this morning we left Pune by 5 am to travel to Mumbai airport. Dear Sir/Madam,

I was crossing Mavikala Toll Plaza toward Baghpat at EPE exit No 2 on 24th July 2025 02:32:32, the toll operator pressed babu stick of toll mid of my car crossing. My car got damaged on driver side roof pillar got dent in my new Inova Hycross. The agency is saying for removing dent will cost Rs. 8000/- and also they will keep Car for two days.

I travelled via Nalluru, Devanahalli, Bangalore, toll using my car AP09 BR6301 and I have been charged INR.135 for one way and INR.70 additionally during my return wherelese they supposed to charge only INR.85 for one way and INR.125 for a day. I have been charged for 3 times for single trip and one time for return trip. Could you please help me to get my excess charged amount back to my fastag account?

Very poor experience at this toll gate. The staff are extremely unprofessional and irresponsible when dealing with customers. They issued a monthly toll pass to an old ID without my consent, and when I raised the issue, they didt accept and arguer with not refunded which my amount was deducted from my fast tag. Staff mistake they even not asking to deactivate old id or which I'd to recharge monthly pass. This kind of careless service...

While traveling from Agra to Gurugram today, just like last time, I was charged ₹240 at the Khalilpur toll plaza instead of the correct amount of ₹40 through my FASTag. If I hadn't checked again this time, I wouldn't have even realized it. I have already raised a dispute, but this is not a proper solution. Please fix this issue permanently.

There is BAR near than 220m from National Highway in Peth village on Golden Quadrilateral Highway, which is banned by Supreme Court of INDIA.

I am having Suzuki Grand Vitara bearing registration number HR 51 AX 7779. It is submitted that today morning I received a SMS regarding deduction of toll tax of Rs. 40/- at Bandhwari Toll Plaza at Gurugram Faridabad road at 08.58.38. Whereas my car was parked at my house and my vehicle never crossed that toll plaza today or near past. Fatehpur Rampur toll plaza is situated on Eastern Peripheral Expressway connecting Palwal, Haryana to Kondli, sonepat, Haryana at NH1. This toll plaza regularly deduct wrong amount from fastag. On 15th May 2025 I entered from Rampur Fatehpur and exit at Duhai toll, the amount should be deduct Rs. 80 but my fastag was debited with Rs. 195. Please take strict action against this plaza.
