National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — 120 rupees collection for 15 km ,which is too much

I am using the NH 91 just for 15km and paying the toll 120 ruppes, at Lohali toll plaza .
Please note I use to go Sikndrabad UP from Bahadurgarh and taking the route via peripheral expressway and then on NH 91 .
And on NH91 just going approx 15 km and paying 120 rupees, which is infare.
