National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — 24 Hours till receipt not provided at semri toll plaza

It brings a deep remorse to complain for such a irresponsible & illiterate behaviour shown by toll plaza staff, while asking for 24 hours both side travelling toll ticket, only single way ticket is provided which not only wasted my time in arguing but also held me & my driver with mental agony.
