National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — 50% concession not given during return journey

I had travelled from Nellore to Naidupeta on 21st, 22nd 23rd & 24th September. On both journeys that is forward & return journey NHAI charged full toll of Rs. 45 Bhudanam toll plaza & Rs. 30 at Nellore Toll plaza. As my return journey completed with in 12 hours where iam eligible for 50% concession. But at toll plaza debited full fee.
