National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — About fastag amount deducted also collected cash for tall

At 15th jan 2021 we are traveling from junagadh gujarat to rajkot on national highway its our first time to drive with fast tag during travelling all through highway i ask all tall collector i have fast tag but they asked for cash tall collector also deduct tall from my fast tag ammount and cheated me. I want to mention the tall booth with this complaint it is bharudi tall plaza and pithadiya tall plaza
