National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — About forced fastag penalty

Address:Chaukimaan, moga road ludhiana

I was travelling from Ludhiana to moga. At chaukimaan, Ludhiana toll plaza (booth02), I stopped at toll but due to low balance in my fastag I was unable to make payment, i rechargd my fastag balance quickly but they said we can't deduct toll fee as I recharged my account on the spot. I bought toll pass with cash ( with penalty) but toll fee was also deducted from my fastag account. When I talked to them about ghis matter, they was not ready to listen the issue. I want to raise my voice against their indiscipline.
